As we scale, we are looking for a Project Manager based in Jordan to take ownership of the full project lifecycle for our delivered solutions, from order intake through final delivery to ongoing product support.
The Role
This is a delivery-focused project management role at the intersection of our customers, our internal solutioning team, and our technology vendors and distributors. You will own each engagement end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the contractual standards our clients expect, while reducing the coordination overhead currently borne by senior leadership. You will be the single point of accountability for project execution, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction across our solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full project lifecycle for delivered solutions from receiving the customer order, through procurement and provisioning, deployment and configuration, knowledge transfer, and into ongoing product support and renewals.
• Coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders, including Satius technical and commercial teams, end-customer IT and security teams, and our network of vendors and distributors.
• Track purchase orders, license entitlements, delivery timelines, and proof-of-delivery documentation; proactively follow up to keep deals moving and avoid delivery slippage.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, SLAs, and committed deliverables; flag risks early and drive issues to resolution.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and customer-facing communications at a quality level appropriate for enterprise and government clients.
• Own the renewals lifecycle for managed services and product subscriptions, anticipating expirations, coordinating quotes, and securing timely customer commitments.
• Drive customer satisfaction throughout the engagement; conduct check-ins, gather feedback, and translate that feedback into service improvements.
• Identify and reduce sources of operational error in our delivery process; help build playbooks, checklists, and lightweight tooling that scale the team.
• Support handover from sales/presales into delivery, and from delivery into ongoing managed services and support.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing IT projects, ideally in a solutions integrator, managed services provider, or enterprise IT environment.
• Demonstrated ability to run multiple concurrent projects with overlapping deadlines and many stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of standard project management practices (scoping, planning, risk management, status reporting, change control).
• Excellent written and spoken English; professional communication skills suitable for direct interaction with enterprise customers and international vendors.
• Strong organizational discipline, comfortable owning trackers, follow-ups, and documentation as a core part of the job.
• Based in Jordan with the right to work locally.
Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)
• Direct customer-facing experience in a delivery, account management, or technical project management role.
• Experience working in or with cybersecurity solutions
• PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with procurement portals and PO/RFQ workflows (Ariba, vendor portals).
• Comfortable working with finance/operations teams on invoicing, statements of account, and contract documentation.
• Arabic language proficiency.
