Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead impactful cross-organizational technology initiatives in a dynamic financial environment?

We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join the Information Systems Division at Investment House and lead complex, enterprise-wide projects from concept to production.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage cross-functional IT projects involving multiple technology teams and business stakeholders simultaneously.
• Drive projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and planning through implementation and production deployment.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, vendors, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery against objectives, timelines, and business expectations.
• Prepare and present executive-level status reports, including performance tracking, risk identification, and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate in a matrix environment with diverse business and technology stakeholders across various organizational levels.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to optimize project management processes, support data-driven decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

✔ At least 4 years of experience managing Information Systems / IT projects – mandatory

✔ Proven experience leading technology projects from requirements definition through implementation and deployment

✔ Experience in a financial organization – a significant advantage

✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a multi-stakeholder environment

✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strong systems-thinking approach

✔ Ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions

✔ Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders
