Project Manager for Online Curriculum Development
(Sulaimaniya, Kurdistan Region of Iraq)
Period: 1 June – December 2026 (fulltime)
Objective: Develop online lessons for Grade 9 (approx. 10 subjects) as the first pilot phase, followed by Grades 12–7 upon successful performance.
1. About the Role
We are seeking a fulltime project manager based in Sulaymaniyah who will oversee the entire local process of developing online courses for children. You will collaborate closely with the international Mamosa team in the Netherlands and coordinate teachers, planners, and production staff.
This role requires someone who is highly communicative, excellent at planning, proactive, and able to manage complex workflows while supporting and motivating teachers.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Teacher recruitment: identifying, selecting, and approaching qualified teachers for all Grade 12 subjects.
• Interview coordination: scheduling and facilitating interviews between candidates and the Mamosa office in the Netherlands.
• Onboarding & support: preparing teachers for oncamera teaching, guiding them through scripts, and ensuring they follow the syllabus.
• Scheduling & planning: creating and managing a strict production schedule to ensure all lessons are completed before 15 September.
• Lesson recording support: being present during all recordings, supporting teachers, and ensuring consistent quality.
• Quality control: reviewing each recorded lesson; arranging rerecordings when needed.
• Syllabus alignment: ensuring all lessons match the official curriculum requirements.
• Progress reporting: providing weekly updates to the Mamosa NL team on progress, risks, and solutions.
3. Candidate Profile
• Fulltime availability from 1 June to 15 September.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work with an international team makes English strongly required.
• Kurdish (Sorani) is mandatory.
• Strong planning, organization, and project management abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
