Key Responsibilities Facilities Project ManagementLead end-to-end facilities projects: office fit-outs, renovations, relocations, HVAC upgrades, electrical works, and space optimization. Define scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards. Manage contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders from initiation to handover.
Maintenance Supervision
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems, HVAC, fire safety, elevators, plumbing, and building fabric. Develop and monitor PPM schedules. Ensure SLA compliance for hard and soft services. Supervise in-house technicians and third-party vendors.
Vendor & Contract Management
Manage FM vendors for cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, and technical services. Prepare RFPs, evaluate bids, and administer contracts. Monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with service agreements and safety standards.
Compliance & HSE
Ensure facilities comply with local building codes, fire & life safety regulations, environmental standards, and corporate HSE policies. Coordinate audits, inspections, and statutory certifications. Lead incident reporting and corrective actions for facilities-related issues.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for facilities operations and projects. Track costs, approve invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Provide monthly reporting on spend, variances, and asset lifecycle planning.
Workplace & Asset Management
Support space planning, asset tracking, and workplace services. Manage building access, utilities, and critical infrastructure uptime. Oversee small works and reactive maintenance requests via CAFM/Helpdesk systems.
Stakeholder Management
Act as primary contact for business units on facilities matters. Communicate project status, outages, and service impacts. Coordinate with IT, Security, HR, and landlords for integrated service delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 10+ years in facilities management with 5+ years in project management. Experience supervising maintenance teams and managing multi-site or large campus environments preferred.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC, BMS, fire systems, and building operations. Familiar with critical environments like data centers or 24×7 ops is a plus.Project Delivery: Proven track record delivering fit-outs, upgrades, and relocation projects. Experience with AutoCAD/MS Project/Primavera for planning. PMP or equivalent preferred.Compliance: Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, local building codes, and FM best practices. Experience with HSE audits and permit-to-work systems.Tools: CAFM/CMMS systems like Archibus, Planon, or ServiceNow. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and vendor management platforms.
Certifications Preferred: PMP, IFMA FMP/CFM, LEED, NEBOSH/IOSH, or equivalent.
