The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing a portfolio of controls projects, leading cross-functional teams towards successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do;
A project manager will assume the following responsibilities:
Acting as primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle with highly effective communication, handling project requirements, managing contracts, resolving specification issues; providing periodic updates; coordinating with Sales staff, negotiating scope changes (price and delivery), arranging customer-witnessed tests and coordinating field service activities with appropriate Service Manager.
Managing multi-projects portfolio (> 10 projects simultaneously) through various stages of project lifecycle; from purchase order receipt up to commissioning and project close out.
Managing and reporting all financial aspects of project including budgets, costs, margin, invoicing, and receivable collection.
Developing and maintaining project schedule through collaboration across all functions, monitoring major control points and ensuring timely completion of critical project milestones.
Leveraging all existing and future Project Management tools, processes and QMS procedures to execute projects in most effective fashion and deliver with high quality standards.
Facilitating project review meetings, project risk reviews and management plans, pre-mortem discussions and project close-out meetings.
Providing daily engagement, leadership and direction to other functions within the project team to ensure an alignment on project goals and priorities to deliver a project success.
Implementing continuous improvement for processes impacting the organization by developing and suggesting enhancements while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
Accountable for project progress updates to key stakeholders including timely identification and communication of project risks and opportunities to management teams.
Influencing decision making and problem solving in cross-functional organization while driving inclusive culture and win-win solutions.
What you’ll bring;
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology.
Minimum 2 years of Technical expertise and professional background about energy sector and control technologies
Minimum 3 years of experience leading or coordinating projects in a matrix organization, with demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
Proven experience in a customer facing role with business/commercial skills
Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrate ability to manage ~5-10 projects simultaneously
Managing and reporting project financials KPIs
Managerial computer skills and tools for reporting, presenting and conducting data analysis
30% travel required across the globe, including security level 1 & 2 countries.
Flexibility to work efficiently with regional customers and global functional teams with different time zones
Strong communication skills in English
What will make you stand out;
Minimum 5 years of experience in control systems and/or turbine field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management.
Minimum 2 years expertise in ERP systems (SAP is advantage).
Multi-lingual capabilities (Arabic & French are advantage).
