This position is NOT an (on site) project manager.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with 15-20 years of experience for a 3-month, project-based role to lead and coordinate the design and execution of our architectural and engineering projects.The ideal candidate will immediately step in to oversee project delivery from concept through completion, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and design excellence. This role requires close collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver a full design package.

Please note: This is strictly an office/design management position and is NOT an on-site project manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of architectural and engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project requirements.
• Coordinate between design teams (architecture, structural, MEP) and external sub-consultants to guarantee seamless project integration and delivery.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on schedule and within budget, managing resources and project risks effectively.
• Oversee the preparation and review of architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and building codes.
• Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Organize and lead coordination meetings to track project development and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: [15-20 years of experience in managing architectural or engineering projects, with a strong focus on coordination and execution.]
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building codes, local regulations, and standards. Familiarity with interdisciplinary project requirements (architecture, structural, MEP).
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in project management tools such as but not limited to Primavera , AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and the capability to make decisive actions under pressure.
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes
• Experience in high-rise or large-scale project coordination
• Familiarity with project documentation standards and procedures
• Language skills: Fluent Arabic and English (bilingual)
