Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 8–10 years of proven experience, including strong exposure to UAE Government digital or IT projects. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to manage stakeholders and prepare documentation in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of digital/IT projects
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and resources
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly project status reports
• Track project health using RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status indicators
• Perform schedule variance analysis and milestone tracking
• Monitor budgets, including ETC (Estimate to Complete) and EAC (Estimate at Completion)
• Maintain risks, issues, and change request logs with mitigation actions
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders
• Facilitate governance meetings and stakeholder reviews
• Ensure compliance with project governance and reporting standards
• Extensive use of Microsoft Project for planning and tracking

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 8–10 years of project management experience (UAE Government/public sector preferred)
• Strong experience managing large-scale integration projects, especially within government environments
• Hands-on experience in Payment Gateway integrations and mobile application integrations
• Preference for candidates with strong technical background (not purely project management)
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Strong expertise in project governance, budgeting, risk, and change management
• Hands-on experience with dashboards, reporting, and governance packs
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
