In This Role
This is not a traditional administrative internship. Project management at our firm is about understanding the commercial goal and making sure every piece of research and every meeting supports that outcome. You will be working directly with senior advisors who need organized, concise information to make the right calls for our clients. Since we work remotely, you will be responsible for keeping our digital work streams tidy and ensuring that everyone is looking at the most current data.
You will learn how complex partnerships are built and how market entries are sequenced. Much of your time will be spent organizing project timelines, checking facts, and helping to prepare the briefs that our senior team uses in high-level discussions. It is an opportunity to see how international business decisions are handled behind the scenes.

What You Will Do

• Track project milestones and ensure that the senior team is updated on upcoming deadlines for active engagements.
• Coordinate the collection of research data related to regional expansion and market dynamics.
• Help map out counterparties and potential local partners to support our advisory work.
• Assist in the preparation of clear, jargon-free briefing notes for board-level clients.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure all internal files are logically organized.
• Research specific regulatory updates or sector changes in the Gulf that could influence a commercial call.
• Support the logistics of remote work sessions, including the preparation of agendas and summary notes.
