Job Title: Project HSE Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Package: AED 10,000/month all inclusive
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project HSE Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on supporting project execution while ensuring strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and regulations, while effectively engaging with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in implementing and monitoring HSE policies, procedures, and programs across projects
* Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
* Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards
* Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and international stakeholders on HSE matters
* Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and incident records
* Support toolbox talks, safety training sessions, and awareness programs
* Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions
* Monitor project activities to ensure safe work practices at all times
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science only
* Maximum 5 years of relevant experience in HSE or project coordination roles
* Valid Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) certification (mandatory)
* Strong knowledge of HSE standards and practices
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work with international stakeholders
* Strong organizational, reporting, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
* Ability to work on-site and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
* Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial projects
* Familiarity with UAE HSE regulations and compliance requirements
* Additional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are an advantage
