Project Engineer – Trakhees Approvals & Construction Full Time NEW

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction project execution along with hands-on expertise in handling **Trakhees approvals, authority coordination, and project follow-up from planning to execution.

Role Description:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion while ensuring quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met.
• Handle all project-related approvals, permits, and NOCs through Trakhees and other relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents prior to submission and execution.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare project schedules and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for material approvals and delivery schedules.
• Attend site meetings, authority inspections, and consultant coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and company procedures.
• Identify project risks, delays, or technical challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management within the UAE.
• Strong experience handling **Trakhees approvals, permits, inspections, and authority submissions.
• Good knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and approval procedures.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and government authorities.
• Strong understanding of drawings, technical documents, and construction execution processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
