Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer Fit-Out role based in the United Arab Emirates. The Project Engineer will manage all facets of fit-out projects, including planning, executing, and delivering high-quality interior finishes. Responsibilities include supervising contractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety standards, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders. The role requires regular site inspections, preparation of progress reports, resolving project challenges, and ensuring compliance with technical designs and specifications.

Qualifications

• Technical and Project Management skills: Proven ability to manage fit-out projects, including project planning, execution, and resource management.
• Construction and Technical Expertise: Understanding of MEP systems, interior design execution, and technical knowledge of materials and methods used in fit-out projects.
• Compliance and Safety: Strong knowledge of local building regulations, health & safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills: Capability to identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Communication and Coordination abilities: Effective stakeholder communication, interpersonal collaboration, and contractor management skills.
• Educational and Professional Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related engineering field; prior experience in fit-out projects is essential.
• Proficiency in Project Tools: Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other relevant tools and software.
• Additional Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
