Project Coordinator (for Hospital, School Programs) – Kuwait

Main purpose of job:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead and manage hospital activation and promotional programs across Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project implementation, managing field teams, securing approvals, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.

Job Description:

• Lead all project implementation activities and ensure successful execution.
• Organize and coordinate field operations for promoters, representatives, and supervisors.
• Arrange appointments with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and network partners.
• Negotiate and finalize entry fees, approvals, and operational procedures required for program implementation.
• Develop annual project roadmaps and execution plans by area, representative, and program.
• Present company campaigns to hospital and institutional management.
• Maintain and update records of entry fees, approvals, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding project progress and institutional partnerships.
• Recruit, train, and supervise promoters assigned to various programs.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations governing promotional activities within healthcare institutions.
• Manage the distribution of promotional materials, samples, and products.
• Ensure all distributed items are in excellent condition and report any issues promptly.
• Monitor promoter performance and conduct regular quality control checks.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual project performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Professional qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Kuwait market.
• Strong understanding of marketing, activation, and promotional program execution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Valid Kuwait driving license.
• Own vehicle is required.
