Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed trains, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Control Manager to lead our road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Control Manager, managing planning, cost control, and reporting activities on complex infrastructure projects.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project control strategies to ensure successful project execution, utilizing Primavera P6 to monitor timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular project performance reviews, analyzing key metrics to identify variances and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track and aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, utilizing market analysis and historical data to ensure accurate financial forecasting and resource allocation.
• Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future projects.
