Internship Description
We are looking for a motivated Project Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects across different teams. The intern will work closely with project managers to support day-to-day operations and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
The intern will learn:
- Basics of project management methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)
- How to plan, track, and manage project timelines
- Using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira)
- Communication and coordination between teams
- Risk management and problem-solving techniques
- Preparing reports, documentation, and project updates
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning and scheduling
- Track project progress and update status reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Support documentation and meeting notes
- Help identify risks and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic understanding of business or project management concepts
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Internship Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic understanding of project management concepts is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus
