We Are Hiring | Programs Coordination & Reporting Officer

Georges N. Frem Foundation (GNFF) is looking for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Programs Coordination & Reporting Officer to join our Programs Department.

This role will support the Senior Director of Programs in coordinating workflows, monitoring deliverables, managing reporting systems, and supporting internal committees and experts across the Foundation.

The position serves as a key operational and coordination link between consultants, experts, committees, and internal stakeholders while contributing to reporting efficiency, process improvement, and data organization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily workflows, schedules, and follow-up activities for the Senior Director of Programs
• Track contracts, KPIs, timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements for experts and consultants
• Support coordination and follow-up of internal committees including HR, Finance, and Communications
• Prepare dashboards, reporting tools, and consolidated performance reports
• Support workflow automation and reporting process improvements using digital tools
• Maintain organized databases, documentation systems, and program records
• Coordinate communication and follow-up with consultants, experts, and institutional partners
• Provide analytical and reporting support for operational and strategic decision-making
• Ensure confidentiality and proper data management practices at all times

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in coordination, reporting, data management, administrative operations, or program support
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills
• Experience with dashboards, reporting systems, workflow tracking, and data management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting/automation platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to timely delivery
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment
