Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Program Lead located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Program Lead will oversee and manage end-to-end program operations, ensure timely delivery of objectives, and align efforts with organizational goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, executing strategic initiatives, monitoring project performance, and providing concise reporting. The Program Lead will also deliver training sessions, promote customer satisfaction, and continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and drive excellence in program execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management skills with a proven track record of coordinating and delivering complex initiatives
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, track program performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Outstanding Communication skills for effectively collaborating with stakeholders and presenting updates
• Experience in delivering Training programs to teams and driving knowledge-sharing efforts
• Customer Service skills to ensure programs meet client and stakeholder expectations
• Working in Islamic banking or financial services is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in project or program management are a plus
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt in a dynamic work environment
