A company specialized in manufacturing (kitchens, dressing rooms, and wood cladding) located in 10th of Ramadan City is hiring a Production Manager .
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor the execution of Kitchens, Dressing Rooms, and Wood Cladding projects with high precision.
- Implement strict quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Optimize raw material usage and minimize waste to increase productivity.
- Lead and mentor the technical team and laborers to meet production targets.
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in the woodworking industry (Specialization in kitchens is a plus).
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Residents of 10th of Ramadan or nearby areas are preferred.
