Role Overview
We are hiring a Production Manager with strong experience in loose furniture manufacturing for hospitality and F&B projects. This role involves managing end-to-end factory production for items such as chairs, sofas, tables, and barstools, ensuring high-quality output within defined timelines.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, process-driven, and experienced in managing factory operations for large-scale or premium projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete production lifecycle of loose furniture from planning to final dispatch
- Oversee factory operations, including manpower, workflow, and daily output
- Plan and execute production schedules aligned with project timelines
- Coordinate with procurement and materials teams for smooth production flow
- Ensure quality control across all stages – carpentry, assembly, finishing
- Monitor costing, wastage, and efficiency improvements
- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery for hospitality/F&B projects
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in loose furniture manufacturing (chairs, sofas, tables, barstools)
- Proven background in production/factory management
- Experience handling hospitality / F&B / hotel projects
- Knowledge of carpentry, assembly, upholstery, polishing, and finishing processes
- Strong production planning and scheduling skills
- Experience in material planning, BOM, and cost control
- Ability to manage factory teams and production targets
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Profile
- Experience in high-volume or premium furniture production
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
