Production Maintenance Technician- IN CONGO Full Time

Role Description The Production Maintenance Technician – IN CONGO is a full-time, on-site role located in Brazzaville Congo , supporting Codimex Group’s industrial operations. This role is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and related systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. The technician will conduct inspections, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, execute repairs, and document all maintenance activities in line with company procedures and safety standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with production teams to schedule maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance plans, and escalating complex technical problems when needed. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations, and supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Qualifications& Requirement

FRENCH LANGUAGE IS A MUST HAVE REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE

FOOD AND BEVERAGE EXPERIENCE

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance for production machinery and systems.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical equipment.
• Experience implementing Preventive Maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and basic reading of technical drawings and manuals.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site shifts, respond to urgent maintenance needs, and adapt to a multicultural, multilingual environment.
