External Job Description About us ADASI is a reliable end-to-end solution provider within the autonomous systems industry, with a stronghold in the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate assembly teams to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality production.
- Monitor end-to-end assembly activities and ensure production schedules are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and oversee quality control inspections.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with Production Planning, QA, Supply Chain, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with procurement to prevent production delays.
- Prepare production and performance reports, and implement corrective action plans when required.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field;within the aerospace or UAV industry.
- Extensive experience in assembly and integration of mechanical and electronic components. Previous supervisory or management experience is required.
Key Skills
- In-depth knowledge of assembly processes, avionics integration, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques.
