ABOUT Kijamii:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Handle supplier onboarding, including contracting and invoicing processes
- Coordinate payment details and documentation with suppliers
- Oversee project execution to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery
- Manage logistics, including bookings, transportation, and scheduling
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders during pre-production, on-ground execution, and post-production phases
- Support production teams on-ground when required to ensure seamless execution
- Ensure all processes are aligned with internal SOPs and operational standards
- Track timelines, deliverables, and operational requirements across multiple projects
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in production coordination, project management, or operations within the advertising or marketing industry.
Skills
- Strong creative mindset with a genuine interest in production and media
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Willingness to be hands-on and support on-ground production activities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow SOPs
- Knowledge of production trends across the region
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
