We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced and growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth execution of projects and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

This position requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent time management, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. The Production Coordinator will collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and project management teams to streamline administrative and logistical processes across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Project Management teams.
2. Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics and documentation are in place.
3. Maintain and update databases, target group lists, and internal trackers to ensure data accuracy.
4. Coordinate project timelines, monitor progress, and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
5. Support the preparation and review of presentations, reports, and materials for events and meetings.
6. Collaborate with designers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and quality output.
7. Assist with travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodation arrangements, and visa coordination.
8. Gather and consolidate feedback from clients and internal teams to support continuous process improvement.
9. Contribute to process optimization initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity.
10. Maintain effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, office administration, production support or customer service
3. Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and task execution.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in corporate coordination, event planning, or client service roles.
2. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project tracking tools.
4. Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and maintain composure in a dynamic work environment
