About the Role
As Product Marketing Manager for MEA, you will lead regional go-to-market (GTM) execution and product positioning across the Middle East and Africa, partnering closely with Sales, distributors, and HQ teams.
This role emphasizes market education, product readiness, and partner enablement—ensuring Cooler Master’s products are well-positioned for diverse MEA markets with varying levels of channel maturity and end-user awareness.
You will play a critical role in bridging global product strategy with local execution, enabling partners and sales teams to successfully drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute the regional product GTM strategy for MEA, from launch to lifecycle management.
• Translate global product positioning into region-appropriate messaging, training materials, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with regional Sales to support pricing alignment, portfolio focus, and channel prioritization.
• Drive product education and enablement for distributors, resellers, and internal sales teams.
• Coordinate with HQ Product, Global Marketing, PR, and Creative teams to deliver consistent product messaging.
• Monitor market feedback, competitor landscape, and channel performance across MEA.
• Support regional distributor events, product roadshows, and key customer engagements.
• Work with channel partners to improve launch execution quality and market readiness.
• Provide structured market insights to HQ to support product roadmap and GTM refinement.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or marketing roles within tech, gaming, or consumer electronics.
• Strong understanding of PC components, peripherals, or gaming ecosystem.
• Experience working in emerging or diverse MEA markets with distributor-led models.
• Strong capability in product training, partner enablement, and cross-market coordination.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures.
