Product Manager – Trading in our office in Amman

We’re looking for a product leader with deep expertise in CFD trading, investment platforms, and scaling digital trading solutions across mobile and web. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Equiti’s proprietary trading platforms — ensuring clients around the world enjoy a seamless, high-performance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery initiatives, market research, and user feedback loops to define trader personas, behaviors, and platform needs across regions and devices
• Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and evolving user expectations
• Drive product development by owning the backlog, defining epics and user stories, and prioritizing features in close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and trading teams
• Translate platform vision into detailed user stories, workflows, and wireframes; collaborate with development teams on technical requirements and solution design
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through to launch, including release planning, UAT facilitation, and post-release monitoring
• Analyze product performance and user engagement data to inform future releases, optimize platform features, and identify new growth opportunities
• Work closely with stakeholders across trading operations, client support, and commercial teams to ensure product-market fit and operational readiness
• Champion client-centric design and ensure platform accessibility and responsiveness across mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Monitor industry trends, competitor platforms, and emerging technologies to keep Equiti’s platforms at the forefront of the market

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive, with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
• Proficient with standard product and design tooling, including Figma, Jira, Confluence, Postman, and Productboard
• Practical fluency with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Rovo, and Gemini) to accelerate product workflows — including drafting and refining PRDs and user stories, synthesizing user research and competitive analysis, generating and pressure-testing product ideas, and supporting data interpretation and reporting
• Comfort using AI-assisted prototyping and ideation tools to move faster through discovery and definition phases
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound product judgement before acting on them
• Arabic language skills are a plu

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or a closely related role, with a proven track record delivering mobile and web trading platforms
• Strong knowledge of CFD trading, margin products, and global financial markets
• Demonstrated success scaling trading or investment platforms across multiple geographies or client segments
• Deep understanding of trading infrastructure, including pricing, execution, and order management systems
• Experience working closely with UX/UI teams and engineers in Agile/Scrum environments
• Track record of using product analytics, A/B testing, and user research to drive continuous improvement
• Experience with third-party integrations including CRMs, KYC, payment/funding systems, and data analytics platforms
