We’re Hiring: Product Manager – ERP / ERPNext
Department: Product Management
Location: On-site — Baghdad, Iraq
Work Schedule: 5 Days per Week (Full-Time)
ASL ALUROBA is looking for a talented ERP Product Manager to join our Product team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about translating business processes into scalable digital solutions and shaping the evolution of ERP products.
Position Overview
The Product Manager – ERP / ERPNext will lead product discovery, requirements definition, and solution design for ERP implementations and product enhancements. The role requires a blend of product thinking, business process expertise, and functional ERP knowledge, with a strong focus on delivering value-driven solutions across finance, sales, procurement, inventory, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements
* Translate operational processes into product features and solution designs
* Define and manage product backlog, priorities, and roadmap for ERP initiatives
* Work closely with stakeholders, clients, developers, and implementation teams
* Lead process mapping and support ERP solution configuration decisions
* Drive product enhancements across ERPNext modules and related workflows
* Support implementation, user adoption, training, and post-go-live improvements
* Collaborate with technical teams on customization opportunities and product optimization
Experience & Qualifications
3–6 years experience in Product Management, ERP consulting, Business Analysis, or related roles, including:
* Hands-on experience with ERPNext or similar ERP platforms
* Strong knowledge of Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Stock, and HR modules
* Experience in manufacturing, retail/distribution, construction, or service sectors is a plus
* Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution documentation
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
Skills & Competencies
* Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills
* Business process analysis and solution design capabilities
* Stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
* Familiarity with Agile product development practices
* Ability to balance business needs with system capabilities
* User-centric mindset with focus on adoption and continuous improvement
