🚀 We’re Hiring: Product Assistant | Kfar Saba, Israel

Looking to break into the world of Product Management through a hands-on, impactful role?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Product Assistant to join a dynamic team working in the computing components industry.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, gain exposure to international suppliers, and take part in commercial and operational processes end-to-end.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and analyze product and operational data
• Work extensively with Excel for reporting and tracking
• Monitor shipments, purchase orders, and inventory
• Maintain and update pricing lists, SKUs, and stock data
• Support ongoing product and supply chain operations
• Communicate with international vendors and partners

Requirements

✔ Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables)

✔ High-level English — written and spoken

✔ Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint

✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advantages

➕ Relevant academic background (Business Administration / Economics / Accounting)

➕ Experience in a similar role

➕ Familiarity with BI tools such as QlikView

➕ Background in IT / electronics / components / industrial environments

📍 Full-time position | Sunday–Thursday | Kfar Saba

🕗 08:00–17:00 + overtime when needed
