Procurement Officer | Automotive Sector Full Time NEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Officer to manage our parts sourcing and supply chain operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Source and procure vehicle parts from local and international suppliers
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and lead times
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
• Use ERP systems to track orders, stock, and procurement data
• Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis
• Ensure parts availability to support workshop operations without delays

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• In-depth knowledge of all vehicle parts categories and supplier networks
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Partsouq, RockAuto, and Tecalliance
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
