Procurement Executive – External Shade Division Full Time NEW

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Executive to support our External Shade Division. This role will focus on sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely procurement aligned with project requirements and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement for external shading systems (e.g., outdoor blinds, pergolas, awnings, shading accessories)
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
• Coordinate closely with projects, design, and operations teams to understand material requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Follow up with suppliers on order status, delays, and discrepancies

Requirements

• 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, fit-out, or shading systems
• Good understanding of materials used in external shading or similar industries
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with a practical, solution-focused approach
