About Us
Motormobiling Trading LLC is a growing automotive aftermarket distribution company specializing in automotive consumables, car care products, PPF, window films, and premium automotive brands across the UAE.
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to support purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory replenishment, and procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and process purchase orders.
* Follow up with local and international suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.
* Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure product availability.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment planning.
* Obtain supplier quotations and compare pricing.
* Track open purchase orders and delivery schedules.
* Coordinate shipments and logistics when required.
* Maintain procurement records and supplier documentation.
* Support management with sourcing new products and suppliers.
* Assist in stock planning and inventory control activities.
Requirements:
* 1–3 years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or inventory experience.
* Automotive aftermarket, spare parts, automotive accessories, detailing products, lubricants, or trading company experience preferred.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Good communication and follow-up skills.
* Organized and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with ERP systems (Zoho preferred).

* No stock-outs of fast-moving items.
* Timely supplier follow-up.
* Accurate purchase order tracking.
* Improved inventory visibility.
* Timely replenishment of stock.
