Mandatory details/Skills – Preferably from Oil n Gas Industry, Experience in Oracle Fusion software, should be able to join immediately

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve vendor registration requests
• Maintain and update vendor database; follow up on missing documents and required updates
• Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness
• Initiate procurement processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Create and manage RFPs through ERP systems and email communication
• Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, contracts, payment, and delivery terms
• Assess and manage bank guarantee requirements and related approvals
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, amendments, and change orders
• Monitor contract expiry dates and coordinate renewals/extensions
• Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods/services in compliance with company policies

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in procurement operations within large organizations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
