Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement and Estimation Engineer based in Achrafieh/Jounieh. Responsibilities include conducting cost estimations, preparing project budgets, and managing procurement processes. The role involves evaluating supplier quotes, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely project delivery. Additionally, the role requires the preparation of tender documents, cost analysis, and maintaining procurement records within the framework of the project timeline.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation, preparing tender documents, and budget analysis
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation
• Familiarity with construction materials, techniques, and engineering project management
• Proficiency in related software, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or specialized estimation tools
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in estimation and procurement within the construction or engineering industry
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards in the construction industry is a plus
