Process Operations Manager Full Time NEW

Role Description The Process Operations Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operational processes, monitoring performance, and ensuring that workflows run efficiently across departments. The Process Operations Manager will map and document processes, identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and coordinate implementation with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include tracking key operational metrics, preparing regular performance reports, and ensuring procedures comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves training team members on updated processes, supporting change management initiatives, and collaborating closely with leadership to align operations with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process operations, business process management, or operations management within real estate, construction, property development, or a related sector.
• Strong skills in process mapping, workflow optimization, and performance measurement using KPIs and operational dashboards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, manage stakeholders, and support change management in a structured and inclusive manner.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic data analysis to drive operational decisions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to manage part-time workload on-site in Abu Dhabi.
