Role Description The Process Engineering Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for designing, assessing, and improving the club’s internal processes and operational workflows. This role oversees how events, projects, and collaborations are planned, executed, and measured, ensuring activities run efficiently and consistently. The Process Engineering Manager will map current processes, identify bottlenecks, propose enhancements, and implement best practices for coordination across teams. They will collaborate with student leaders and stakeholders to set standards, define KPIs, and monitor performance, using data to guide continuous improvement. The role also includes documenting procedures, training team members on new workflows, and ensuring alignment with the club’s strategic goals and member experience.
