Role Overview
ChainUp is seeking a Presales Solution Engineer to support our global business in delivering SaaS-based, white-label solutions for the Web3 and blockchain economy.
This role is suitable for candidates with a technical background who are keen to build a career in presales solutioning and customer success. You will work closely with Sales, Product Engineering, Project Management, and Customer Success teams to support customer engagements, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Training and mentorship will be provided for candidates who demonstrate strong learning ability and motivation.
