We are looking for someone who shows up to work, not just to a job. Someone who takes ownership of their clients, drives deals from start to finish, and sees themselves as a core part of the business not just a sales function.
Your job starts the moment a lead comes in. It ends only after the brief lands with the production team. Everything in between is yours.
Responsibilities
• Client Fit Assessment: Understand what the client actually needs, qualify the lead, and decide on the right sales path.
• Own the Full Sales Cycle: Present the studio, build proposals, negotiate, and close. The deal is yours.
• Upsell & Cross Sell: Spot opportunities to expand existing deals upgrades, add-ons, complementary projects.
• Handoff to Production: After closing, hand off all details, the brief, and materials to the creative team, clean and complete.
• Internal Ownership: Manage your pipeline in the CRM and report directly to management.
• AI Tools: A Real Requirement: You don’t need to be a filmmaker. But you do need to speak the language and know what you are talking about when it comes to AI tools:

• Hailuo AI
• Midjourney
• Claude Code
Requirements
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Background in advertising, music, production, or media
• Genuine understanding of video, creative and AI media
• High autonomy, you’ve got self-motivated
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools
