Pre Sales Engineer – Building Automation & Control Systems Full Time NEW

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and tender requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Prepare quotations based on project doents, drawings, and technical specifications. Coordinate with customers to secure purchase orders and work orders, maintaining excellent communication
throughout the process. Develop comprehensive technical submittals and follow up with consultants to obtain necessary approvals. Prepare BOQs and track purchase orders with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement. Follow up on PMA (Potential Market Activity) and prepare monthly reports for management review. Support pre-sales activities for the following systems:
o Building Management System (BMS) / Building Automation System
o Lighting Control System
o Power Management System
o Water Leak Detection System

Requirement

ualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field. Experience in BMS, controls, 3-5 years is preferred. Strong understanding of tendering, technical doentation, and project coordination. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
