We are looking for a highly driven and commercially focused Portfolio Expansion Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh.
This role is ideal for a strategic business development professional with strong experience in healthcare and medical devices, government tenders, supplier onboarding, and commercial expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments
• Conduct portfolio gap analysis and recommend growth initiatives
• Source and evaluate new suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners
• Lead market intelligence and profitability assessments
• Develop business cases and expansion strategies for senior leadership
• Drive government tender and procurement opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with division heads to execute growth plans
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial position
• Strong background in healthcare & medical devices
• Proven success in supplier onboarding and portfolio expansion
• Extensive experience with government tenders and procurement processes
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
• Well-established network within the healthcare sector is highly preferred
