Role Description

EPI Holding is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Polyclinic Guest Relations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Beirut. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients, managing appointments, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver outstanding medical and client services while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Customer Experience and Sales
• Ability to build positive relationships and resolve client issues effectively
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional language skills are an advantage
• Prior experience in the healthcare or hospitality sector is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, healthcare, or related field is beneficial
