PMO Manager – Contracting / Construction Full Time NEW

We are looking for a qualified PMO Manager to join a contracting / construction company.

The role will be responsible for establishing and leading the PMO function, strengthening project governance, monitoring project performance, coordinating with project teams and senior management, and supporting procurement and tendering activities.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, or project controls within a contracting / construction environment
• Proven experience in developing or establishing PMO functions
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, reporting, governance, procurement support, and tendering processes
• Ability to coordinate with project teams, senior management, clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools is preferred
• PMP, PMI-SP, or relevant certifications are an advantage
