Strong ability to interact with stakeholders to understand and interpret and prioritize their needs
Experience of working for / within Banking and Financial Services domain; either within a Bank or for a consulting / technology company
Experience of working with vendors in building and implementing a digital solution in a multi-country set-up
Experience of working with cross functional project teams
Experience with executive communication, including identification and delineating critical issues and their resolution
Has excellent knowledge of the Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Scrum, SAFE and familiar with all its artifacts and techniques including user story mapping
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of ready, definition of done, automated testing, backlog refinement, acceptance criteria etc.)
Ability to resolve conflicts and coordinate teams and projects with an outcome-based mindset
Demonstrated competence in leadership, team building, time management, organizational management, customer interface, and multiple stakeholder communications
Demonstrated written, oral, and personal skills that can bridge understandings between Business, Technology and Customers
Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred
Agile Scrum certification desired
8+ years’ experience in Agile Project Management with experience preferably in fintech, Technology or financial services
Good communicator and highly collaborative
Seasoned in leading and managing high performing teams preferably in an Agile environment
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to motivate and bring teams together
