We are supporting a highly innovative advanced materials manufacturer based in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the search for a Plant Manager to lead the next phase of growth for their specialist composites manufacturing facility.
This is not a traditional production management role.
The business operates a unique, highly automated manufacturing process supplying advanced reinforcement products to customers worldwide. With significant growth plans, investment opportunities, and new product development initiatives underway, the successful candidate will become a key member of the leadership team and effectively act as the Managing Director’s number two.
The facility employs approximately 25 people and operates within a lean, entrepreneurial environment where every team member plays an important role in the success of the business.

You will take responsibility for the overall performance of the manufacturing facility, including:

What We’re Looking For
We are keen to speak with experienced manufacturing leaders who can demonstrate:
Experience with composite technologies such as prepreg, SMC, infusion, RTM, pultrusion, compression moulding or similar manufacturing processes would be highly advantageous.
