Planning Director Full Time NEW

We are looking for an experienced Planning Director to lead strategic planning, project scheduling, and project controls across multi-disciplinary construction projects.

Salary: AED 40,000-55,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead planning, scheduling, and project controls across multiple projects.

✅ Define master programmes, monitor progress, and implement mitigation plans.

✅ Lead and mentor the planning team to ensure best practices and KPI-driven performance.

✅ Coordinate resources and align planning with execution, procurement, and commercial teams.

✅ Conduct delay analysis, support claims, and manage planning risks.

Requirements

✅ 15+ years of experience, with 10+ years in leadership positions in construction planning/project controls.

✅ Proven experience in large-scale civil, MEP, or turnkey projects.

✅ Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project controls methodologies.

✅ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
