Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Personnel & Payroll.
Good knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and payroll processes.
Experience dealing with banks and salary transfers is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
