Personal Assistant to the Business Development Lead

The Dust Club is a premium adventure tourism company specializing in deep desert missions and high-end safari experiences across Egypt. We operate at the intersection of precision logistics, elite hospitality, and off-road performance. We are looking for a sharp, highly organized personal assistant to support our Business Development Lead across all operational and commercial activities.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage scheduling, travel, and coordination across B2B partner meetings, hotel site visits, and field operations
• Handle inbound and outbound communications with tour operators, suppliers, and strategic partners
• Support CRM data entry and management (Zoho) including lead tracking, client records, and follow-up pipelines
• Assist with international logistics coordination including equipment shipping, customs documentation, and vendor follow-ups
• Prepare decks, briefs, and proposals for partnership development and event planning
• Coordinate between internal teams (marketing, field ops) and external stakeholders to keep projects on track
• Research potential clients, partners, and industry opportunities on request
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in English and Arabic — written and spoken
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and productivity software
• Proactive, discreet, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment
• Prior experience in tourism, events, hospitality, or executive support is a plus
• Willingness to occasionally work on-location for desert events and activations
