Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Personal Assistant / Business Development Coordinator to support the Business Development Director in client communications, lead follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Manage calendars and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain and update client databases and lead records.
- Track inquiries, quotations, proposals, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare meeting reminders and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support client requirements.
- Draft professional correspondence and business documents.
- Assist in business development and relationship management activities.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional telephone and client communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Experience in administration, customer service, sales support, interior fit-out, construction, or real estate is an advantage but not required.
- Candidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa and be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
