Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketer based in Erbil, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Performance Marketer will manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, analyze marketing data, and develop actionable strategies to drive ROI. Daily tasks include executing and refining marketing strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with the creative team to achieve targeted business objectives. Additionally, the individual will monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to maximize results.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Marketing Strategy and Market Research to create and execute effective campaigns
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to coordinate with clients and team members effectively
• Experience or knowledge in Sales to drive engagement and conversion rates
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to improve campaign results
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is highly desirable
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and effective in a hybrid work environment
