About the Role
Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for the healthcare sector? We are looking for a high-caliber Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth across the GCC and European markets.
In this role, you won’t just be “running ads.” You will be responsible for engineering complex conversion funnels, navigating international medical advertising regulations, and scaling our presence in some of the most competitive markets in the world.
Key Responsibilities
International Strategy: Design and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies (Search, Social, Display) tailored for the European and Gulf regions.
End-to-End Campaign Management: Manage significant budgets across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Data Analytics & Optimization: Utilize GA4, GTM, and CRM data to track the full user journey, optimizing for CAC (Cost Per Acquisition) and ROAS.
Compliance & Localization: Ensure all campaigns comply with medical advertising laws (e.g., GDPR in Europe and MOH regulations in the GCC).
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the creative team to A/B test landing pages and ad copies to maximize lead quality.
Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly performance deep-dives to the executive team, providing actionable insights rather than just raw data.
Requirements
Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing (Agency background or Medical/Healthcare sector experience is a major plus).
Language: Native-level fluency in English is mandatory. You must be comfortable writing ad copies and communicating with stakeholders in Europe.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (Search/Display/Video) and Meta Ads Manager.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the consumer behavior and digital landscape in the GCC (KSA, UAE, Qatar) and Europe.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Looker Studio or PowerBI).
