Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Ads Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Performance Ads Specialist will manage and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize return on investment. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, evaluating data to inform targeting strategies, and ensuring alignment with performance goals. The role also involves close collaboration with the marketing team to develop creative strategies that drive results.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis experience to interpret campaign performance metrics and trends
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present actionable insights
• Expertise in Performance Management and Performance Testing to ensure optimization and efficient ad spend
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms, social media advertising, and digital ad ecosystems
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads)
