Responsibilities:
– Monitor team task completion.
– Support and guide team members.
– Prepare monthly HR reports.
– Conduct quarterly performance reviews.
– Manage and update employee data.
– Resolve issues and ensure task completion.
– Develop and monitor team timelines.
– Train employees on new systems.
– Visit all branches annually.
– Participate in investigations for major disputes.
– Education: Bachelor’s Degree; HR diploma required; experience with labor offices preferred.
– Experience: 6+ years in HR.
– Strong leadership and delegation abilities.
– Independent work and research skills.
– Excellent communication skills.
– High ethical standards in HR practices.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
