Heal’n is a Canadian medical tourism company helping international patients access treatment in Egypt across specialties including IVF, hair transplants, dental treatments, plastic surgery, and dermatology.

We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals who enjoy communication, sales, and working with people from different cultures.

This role goes beyond answering inquiries. You’ll be responsible for understanding patients’ needs, coordinating with doctors, building trust, and guiding patients through the decision-making process until they book their treatment.

🔑 Responsibilities

• Communicate with international patients and manage inquiries professionally.

• Understand each patient’s needs, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Coordinate with doctors to prepare personalized treatment plans.

• Build trust and provide clear guidance throughout the patient journey.

• Follow up consistently and professionally.

• Convert qualified leads into booked patients.

• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.

• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable working with targets and performance-based goals.

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple conversations effectively.

• Fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

• Healthcare experience is a plus.
